ClearSlide Debuts Sales Engagement Index

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - March 11, 2014

ClearSlide, the leading sales engagement platform, today announced the launch of the first ever Sales Engagement Index. The ClearSlide Sales Engagement Index is the result of months of work by ClearSlide's data scientists and enables sales leaders the unprecedented ability to visualize their team's performance against millions of customer interactions within the ClearSlide platform.

The Sales Engagement Index centers on several key metrics, including customer email open rates, live pitch time with prospects, and time prospects spend evaluating emailed content that are used to calculate a team's overall engagement score. The ClearSlide platform auto-logs sales team activity, delivering analytics to sales leaders to provide visibility into the activities that drive deal closure and ultimately, salesperson performance. ClearSlide's data pool offers insight into nine different industry verticals against which sales leaders may compare their team and learn tips for improvement upon their scores. ClearSlide currently has engagement indices for the following nine industries: Consumer and Industrial Goods, Financial Services, Healthcare, Higher Education, Media, Retail, Services, Technology and Travel.
